Mike Yahraus
is a successful project manager with years of experience in the

The project was awarded the “Best Office Project of 2012″ by ENR Southeast, as well as “Project of the Year – LEED Core & Shell” by the USGBC South Florida. This project includes interior build-out of 30,000 SF of office space and a 4,000 SF branch bank. The 1450 Brickell Office Building is other important construction project which he successfully completed in 2010. This was the first LEED “Gold” certified office building in South Florida. This project was winner of the “Project of the Year” in 2012 by Urban Land Institute. It also received Crystal Achievement Award for the Most Innovative Protective Glazing Project.
